Start Time		 Games Friday, May 16 at Mt. Vernon Sat. & Sun. games will be played at Mt. Vernon H.S. & Carl Sandburg. RULES OF TOURNAMENT: 14 minute stopped clock half for 13 and under and 16 minute stopped clock half for 14 and above. NCAA rules on release and 6 in the paint on free throws, 1 and 1 on 10th foul - NO DOUBLE BONUS. Teams bringing checks please give to the site directors Richard Bordley or Phil McConnell. There will be no trainer on duty at either school. Email Kenny Farmer with questions or comments. IMPORTANT NOTE TO COACHES: Please ask your parents to not let their children "roam" the building unsupervised.
